Leadership can sometimes be lonely, scary, unsupported, untrained, underdeveloped, not diverse, negatively impact on your wellbeing. There are many who don’t have the opportunity to step up or step down because of lack of balance.

But it doesn’t have to be and shouldn’t be this way.

We are a leadership network for new and aspiring leaders in education. We focus on leadership barriers, development, diversity, journeys and wellbeing.

We are a grassroots network turned community interest company (CIC) and social enterprise that works with new and aspiring leaders in education to step up and thrive.

Our vision is that educational leadership:

· is diverse, inclusive and flexible;

· responds to the needs of the sector by positively disrupting leadership (in particular recruitment) and creating a strong talent pipeline;

· addresses the gaps in knowledge and skills for those stepping up educational leadership.
