A time of year where there is so much to do in the academic year you’re already in but you need to start strategically planning the following year – staffing, timetables, calendars, curriculum and transition – to name a few. That is exactly the same at Step Up.

Join us as a coach

We know all about the power of coaching. We also know that lots of people do not get the chance to access coaching within their life or day job due to time and money. This year, we have trialled a format of coaching circles within our events to develop a culture and shared understanding of coaching.

Therefore, we are looking for some fantastic volunteer coaches to join our network and support this work.

What we’re looking for

• One volunteer coach to facilitate to facilitate our CPD focussed coaching circles. This role will work alongside our wellbeing circle facilitator.

• Several volunteer coaches who could facilitate coaching circles at our face-to-face events that we hold across England.

What’s required of the coaches?

• You hold some form of coaching qualification and/or accreditation.
• You have proven coaching experience.
• You have strong testimonials and references from your coaching work.
• You are able to commit to the dates and times for the relevant opportunities that you will provide coaching to the network.
• You believe in and uphold the vision and values of Step Up.

What will you get in return?
