Who we are
We are a grassroots leadership network and social enterprise for educators looking to develop their career, particularly in leadership. We know that leadership can be both a lonely but exciting prospect. We want to make educational leadership more accessible, diverse and flexible.
Social Enterprise
We are a not-for-profit and voluntary organisation who campaign and advocate for what is right in education, particularly at a leadership level. Our work saw us name within the Top 100 of Social Enterprises in the UK in 2024.
Network and Community
Membership
We connect developing leaders in education to make the step up they wish to make. Our membership is free and provides a range of benefits.
Events and CPD
Our events are open to educators wishing to develop their career whilst protecting their wellbeing. We organise both virtual and face-to-face events to fit around the demanding life for those who work in education.
Collaborations and Partnerships
We recognise that we are not here to be all things to all people and therefore we pride ourselves on collaborating with other organisations. We regularly attend, engage and host with other networks, businesses and educational institutions to provide the very best for our members.
Some of our partners and collaborators this year have included Assistant on the Go, Belonging Effect, Institute of Leadership, Nourish the Workplace, Opogo Education and the Diary Toolkit.
