We were born out of the need for the education system to enable a better experience of leadership and career development within the sector. We know recruitment and retention are key issues within education and we wanted to make leadership more accessible, manageable and attractive for those wishing to develop their career in education.
Our Purpose
(Educational) leadership can sometimes be lonely, scary, unsupported, untrained, underdeveloped, not diverse, negatively impact on your wellbeing. There are many who don’t have the opportunity to step up or step down because of lack of balance.
But it doesn’t have to be and shouldn’t be this way.
As a network we provide membership, events and a safe space for community connections all based around educational leadership.
As a social enterprise we advocate and campaign for key priorities within the sector such as diversifying educational leadership.
We partner and collaborate with other organisations across our group to ensure the very best for our educators.
We are an organisation of volunteers and freelancers who work together to provide a better system for educators to thrive, not just survive.
We empower developing education leaders through connection, collaboration, and support.
