Birmingham Lead Meet

Our Birmingham Lead Meet takes place on Saturday 25th April 2026 with presentations from Adam Brett-Aguirre, Adrian McLean, Azuraye Williams, Jonathan Smart and Rachael Jackson-Royal; coaching circles facilitated by Hiral Kelly and Julia Hancock; with a growing exhibitor marketplace including Aluna Behaviour Consultancy, Boundless Learning, Step Up Network and the Diary Toolkit. There are a handful of tickets left.

Personal Branding and Networking CPD

As part of our new CPD series, we are running a session on personal branding and networking. In the session, we will explore identity and purpose linking to how you build your own personal brand and network.

Step Up 3rd Birthday London Celebration

We’re trying something different this year by celebrating our birthday in-person. In a small gathering we are pleased to be joined by a range of speakers and members of our community to celebrate our impact over three years.

In our usual style, we love to mark our birthday. We’re pleased to be joined by a number of our partner organisations who we are collaborating with to celebrate 2025/26 and share what we have planned for 2026/27.

To close off the year, we are hosting our empowering leadership webinar to end the year and get set for the new one with a bang. We will be exploring topics such as vulnerability, authenticity and imposter syndrome. Setting you in good stead for September.
