I’m reaching out because I have been dedicated to supporting the StepUp network from the outset.  I was a speaker at the StepUp inaugural conference and have since supported a number of the fantastic events that have followed. Through this and my service as a leadership coach, I really know how powerful committed leadership communities can be.

Because of that, I wanted you to be the first to hear something exciting.

I’m launching a new space called The Leadership Capital Collective: a community for ongoing leadership development, group coaching, shared sensemaking, and staying connected with other leaders who are committed to growing their leadership capital.

Some of you have already benefited from the power of coaching, some are intrigued by it.  This Collective is designed to give you exactly what you need on a regular basis: ongoing support, thoughtful challenge, and a community that keeps you growing, at a genuinely accessible cost.

The Collective will give us a place to:
